Fluidra Middle East pays special attention to innovation and development of sustainable products and technologies. All our commercial divisions are provided with a human structure designed to facilitate the detection of the emerging needs of the markets in which we operate. We have a multidisciplinary R&D&i centre in Jebel Ali Free Zone in Dubai -UAE that enables us to improve our innovation capacity and focus on the development of sustainable solutions in each of our business units. 

A new management structure has been created with a view to driving innovation. It includes an Innovation Committee (which is responsible for devising the strategy and for prioritizing and approving projects) and central services which generate transversal projects and coordinate the new project portfolio. The management structure is comprised of a Program Manager and a team of experts specialized in swimming-pool and wellness technology, fluid handling, industrial design and prototyping, testing and field work.

It operates according to sustainability criteria. These include the sustainable use of resources (energy, water, materials…) during the entire life cycle of the product, a customer-focused approach, and innovative systems to provide comprehensive solutions, and a global vision, with the ability to adapt the new product to different market conditions.
