Fluidra completes Likids, the first kids' spa in Andorra
Fluidra Engineering, Fluidra's engineering division specialised in complete aquatic installations, was entrusted with the design and execution of Likids, a new spa facility at the Caldea spa resort devoted to children.
The innovative space, which forms part of the Caldea spa resort in Escaldes-Engordany (Andorra), has 400 m2 so that boys and girls between the ages of 3 and 8 can enjoy their first wellness experience in a spa.
Fluidra used a number of added-value products from its portfolio for the facility: massage nozzles, water cannons, jets, water beds and a pump room by AstralPool. The tiling was supplied by Togama and the lighting by Ignialight.
Likids is a magical play area where kids can enjoy an original pool with water features, a hydromassage spa, a multimedia room in the shape of a sauna where they can have a full audiovisual experience, and a massage room. Likids enables boys and girls to have a good time interacting with the water, whilst encouraging them to play creative games, and making them feel calm and relaxed.
Ignacio Elburgo, general manager of Fluidra Engineering, had no hesitation in saying that "Likids is a unique project, a step forward in the development of the leisure and wellness industry”.
